It is so good to have you here again! Let's get started! As a commercial model and lifestyle professional, every day is a careful balance of preparation, creativity, and discipline. While the glitz of photoshoots and commercials often takes center stage, the life behind the scenes is where the foundation for success is built. Here’s a glimpse into the rhythm of my days, whether I’m preparing for a shoot, tackling auditions, or managing everyday tasks between gigs. * The Foundation of Consistency -- When I’m not on set, my days revolve around maintaining my mental and physical health, staying organized, and keeping up with the demands of a fast-paced industry. Here’s a look at my typical routine. * My day begins at 7:30 with a moment of stillness centering myself for the day. Breakfast is a blend of nourishment and simplicity - fresh fruit paired with protein to fuel my energy. After a simple and nutritious breakfast of fruit and protein, I dive into emails, check bookings, return text messages. Staying on top of these administrative tasks ensures I never miss an opportunity. Mid-morning Brooke, My ShihPoo puppy, and I take a 3-mile walk. This activity doubles as exercise and bonding time. Lunch again is a simple meal of lean proteins and complex carbs. I dedicate Afternoons to working on projects, making calls, and addressing business matters. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas for future shoots or handling contracts, there’s always something to keep me busy. Having a puppy means we have a schedule to keep. And that is the 5 pm hour. Brooke reminds me when 5 arrives. I swear she has an internal clock. After feeding my puppy, it’s time for my dinner, focusing on protein and vegetables for a nutritious end to the day. My evenings vary—on some days, I fit in a second workout with weights; on others, I enjoy a quieter evening reading or managing my social media presence. * Balancing Act - The Heart of Modeling. * While the spotlight is exhilarating, the true magic lies in the balance—finding time for health, self-care, and professional growth. Every audition, project, and shoot is a step forward, made possible by the foundation of daily habits that fuel my passion and drive. * Whether I’m walking my puppy, managing business matters, nailing an audition, or reflecting after a long day on set, I cherish every part of the journey.
